There is one conversation that comes up a lot in the messages we receive: “I would love to have a subwoofer, but I have nowhere to put it.” Small living rooms, TV stands that are already at their limit, and desks with space measured to the millimeter… The bass gets left out, not because it isn’t wanted, but because there’s no room for it.
The VULKKANO SUB8s was born to solve that problem.
A format designed for your home
A conventional subwoofer is usually a cubic box that needs its own corner. The SUB8s rethinks that form: it keeps an 8" woofer and 80 W of RMS power, but integrates them into a cabinet just 18 cm wide, with dimensions of 40 × 18 × 40 cm (height × width × depth).
Its narrow profile allows it to be placed next to the sofa, beside the TV stand, or under the desk, in those gaps that previously served no purpose. Its black wood-grain finish and clean lines allow it to blend into the space without drawing attention. You’ll notice it in the sound, not in the living room.
What you can’t see, but can feel
A subwoofer handles the part of the sound that your speakers can’t reach. With its 80 W RMS (90 W peak) and a frequency response of 40 to 250 Hz, the SUB8s brings body and impact to everything you listen to. In a movie, an explosion you can feel on the sofa. In an electronic track, the bass that fills the room. In a game, the footsteps you hear before you see the enemy.
From the rear panel, you can adjust it in a few seconds so that its bass blends naturally with your main speakers.
Compatible with your equipment, whatever it may be
The SUB8s features an RCA (L/LFE) input, the standard connection for subwoofers. It works with any active speaker, soundbar, or receiver that has a subwoofer output, whether it’s VULKKANO or from any other brand. The RCA cable is included in the box: just connect it and you’re done.
Is the SUB8s right for you?
